This sauce is spicy, mild and sweet, not containing garlic. The sauce has a smooth composition with no large pepper seeds in it. Sweet chilli sauce has almost unlimited applications. It is perfect for asian meals such as bami, nasi, barbecued chicken or meat, or babi pangang. Can be used as a dip sauce for prawn/vegetarian crackers, or with other asian snacks such as loempia or pangsi. Use it while cooking or as a table sauce, for marinating etc.
